Join the SMHS Swim Team for a team bonding/building experience. Yoga provides a myriad of benefits for athletes, including building strength, endurance and enhancing flexibility. This is a private event for team members and coaches only. Please arrive around 4 PM that way, we can start on time at 4:15 PM. If you have a yoga mat, feel free to bring it otherwise there are mats in the studios for you to use. It is recommended to wear leggings as shorts are not ideal for yoga.
