Married to McKenzie Van De Velde; proud dad to our first daughter, Landry.

• Earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Georgia (Fall 2019). 
• Began year-round swimming in 7th grade with Swim Atlanta and continued through college. 
• Swam varsity all 4 years at West Forsyth High School. 
• Earned a swimming scholarship to Western Illinois University and competed on the varsity team as a freshman. 
• Transferred to the University of Georgia as a junior and swam on the UGA Club Swim Team until graduation. 
• Coaching experience includes 2 years as an assistant coach for the Polo Fields Dolphins summer league team. 
• Serving as a Community Coach with Starr’s Mill since 2024.
