The Fayette County Championship meet is currently scheduled for Saturday, January 15th at Lundquist Aquatic Center in Jonesboro. We may not be able to compete there due to COVID protocols. It's hard to believe we are at the end of first semester. We have lots going on between now and January so here's our schedule.
Week of December 6:
Tuesday and Thursday evenings: Practice 7-9
Wednesday: Conditioning 4-5 in the weight room
Friday morning: yoga 7-7:30 in the weight room
